Game of Thrones - Sansa/Margaery - Things are different in Highgarden
Title: Things are different in Highgarden

Challenge: Drabbletag 5 - dancing
Sansa’s cheeks already hurt, but she can’t help but smile all the way; this must be the happiest day of her life. She hadn’t believed in it herself, but she really managed to escape the Lannisters that brought her so much misery and get the chance of a new life. She looks at her new husband, Willas Tyrell, and feels nothing but happiness when he returns the smile and takes her hand.
She looks back to the feast, to the dancing couples and almost doesn’t mind that she can’t be one of them for Willas’ bad leg.
But this ‘almost’ must have been displayed on her face because Margaery asks with a kind smile: “Do you want to dance, Sansa?”
“Oh, no, I-“, Sansa starts but is cut off by the other girl.
“Come on, it will be fun!” Margaery encourages and takes Sansa’s hand who looks hesitatingly at Willas, but he just nods at her.
So she lets herself be dragged to the dance floor and starts to copy Margaery’s steps. It is very difficult, so different from the dances she learnt, but her new sister takes it slow and leads her patiently.
“This is so different”, Sansa laughs when she loses the rhythm again.
“Oh, don’t you worry. In Highgarden are many things different”, Margaery answers and lays her hand on Sansa’s hip intimately. “Some of them I’ll show you later, when we are alone.”
Sansa blushes when she notices the meaningful undertone in her new sister’s voice.
