Yeah, these icons were my original Magnifying Glass, but then Cat5 happened somehow and I wanted to keep it so everything had to be done anew :'D

These are so pretty! I hope you don't mind me saying I've noticed a real improvement in your icons lately - they seem softer, like you've mastered the art of lighting and colouring (please teach me how, because it keeps eluding me!)

And though I'd love to "help" I have no idea what I'm doing :'D I just play around with texture and light and shadow and contrast and when I think it's okay I save it xD
